LTD, la venta de 1’440.000 barriles de Crudo Oriente, al presentar un diferencial de USD -3,91 por barril. Esta exportación generará ingresos económicos para el Estado ecuatoriano por alrededor de USD 128 millones.
La entrega de Crudo Oriente se hará en cuatro cargamentos de 360.000 barriles cada uno, durante este mes de febrero. Esta venta está regida bajo el West Texas Intermediate (WTI), que es el marcador referencial para el crudo ecuatoriano.
Para esta licitación, que se desarrolló de manera transparente cumpliendo con la normativa legal vigente y las políticas del Gobierno Nacional, se invitó a 36 empresas calificadas en el registro de proveedores de la Gerencia de Comercio Internacional, de las cuales se recibieron seis ofertas de: Equinor ASA, Glencore LTD., Shell Western Supply and Trading Limited, Trafigura PTE. LTD., Unipec America INC. y Petrochina International CO. LTD. (adjudicada).
